the brief

Timber Haven Getaways is owned and operated by Ernie and Mindy Adkison. They recently renovated two rental cabins on their 115 acre property. Their primary goal was to showcase their unique location and book rentals directly on their self-hosted WordPress website. In addition, they also needed a logo design + branding.

At the start of the project, they did not have a website and had been sending customers to AirBnB's website to book their cabins.

The problem with this was two-fold:

1 |  Their customers had to pay an additional fee to book on AirBnb's website.

2 |  They were potentially losing business by sending them to a website with all of their competition.

our approach

Ernie and Mindy weren't sure how they wanted their online booking process to work. I gathered as much information as possible about their current process and then submitted a number of options to consider. In the end, we came up with a booking solution to fit their needs and budget.
